How to find a good TA?

I am on my third TA and still am dissatified. When I have questions or would like to see if I qualify for a discout or an onboard credit I expect a TA to be able to get back to me quickly. Is this to much to as for? So can anyone tell me the secrets to finding a good TA?

The TA that I use has a good reputation in our community...it is a family run buisness that has been going strong for 40 years. They are great people to talk to and everytime I call or email I allways get a response back...even though sometimes I know I am being a PITA....lol

Ask friends and family, get recommendations... look online and then do a search for complaints...

Just book yourself direct through the cruiseline that way if you do have any issues all you have to do it call and it is taken care of
