Water Bottles with built-in Filters?

Anyone know anything about those refillable water bottles that have a built-in filter in the neck? You can fill them with tap water, and the water is filtered as you drink it. Does anyone know how good these are? Anyone use them?

The Brita ones are OK. They remove the taste of Chlorine and other bad tastes. But they do not filter out micro organisms that can make you sick. If you use them you must fill them from a safe source.

If your asking because you don't think the water on ships is safe or good, don't bother taking up space in your luggage. The water purification systems on ships are better than some on land.
