Hi,

Took this excursion with Princess in late May 2006. Would highly recommend it. Cost approx $100/pp. Allure is new to Princess, they had 1 excursion at 11:00 AM which worked out well for us. Most excursions had been to the sandbar and gone by the time we arrived. We were 1 of 3 boats at the sandbar. Cruise buddies who took an earlier excursion and told us the sandbar was very crowded when the arrived at 9:30AM. Their pictures confirmed the crowds. We had a total of approximately 75 people including the people from the other boats.

Allure provides bait to feed the stingrays. A crew member holds a stingray to give you a massage and provide an you an opportuinity to kiss the stingray. All this is photographed and a CD of pictures provided for purchase (approximatly $40-50 dollars). Our disk had approx 30 pictures of my husband and myself individually or us as a couple.

One note since Allure was new to Princess, 2 tour buses bringing us out to the boat however, one driver did not show up at the end of the tour. After a few anxious calls by the other driver, the second tour bus arrived.

We made it too the ship ok, but were on the last tender.
