Hi, web address is www.tripadvisor.com (or www.tripadvisor.co.uk). I never book an hotel without checking the reviews on there first.

 

Incidentally, B&Bs over here have improved greatly over the years, and it is v. unusual to find one without en-suite; the days of bathroom sharing are just about over.

Mary my hubby found it. I have no idea what I did but I was taken to something similiar to hotels.com and I thought I had typed exactly that-who knows what I did?

 

as far as the bathroom sharing-that really surprised me-only in a B & B would that happen over here and then it would be only one other room you share with. I never even liked that-so I was always more picky about what B & B we stayed in.

 

I just was surprised that was a practice in England.
