Vantage River Cruise Experience

:) :) My wife and I are considering the Vantage Danube to the Black Sea cruise next year and would like feedback from any one who has taken this cruise. We did the Viking Windmill and Tulips 2 years ago and very much enjoyed Viking, but the Vantage itinerary is more appealing to us. Also, there is a lot of talk on the boards on the best time to go to avoid high and low water problems. Any suggestions on that topic would also be appreciated.
