On a good traffic day, about 20 - 30 minutes.

If you've got your luggage and you're sitting in a cab and you're pulling away from the curb, no longer than 10mins. You exit the airport, onto 95, go over the bridge,take the exit, then into the shipyard. It's a whole nother story if there's-construction-an accident-or a game.
