W/C, scooter-users on-board meetings?

On a Princess cruise, we organised a w/c and scooters and companions meeting that was fun, informational and an eye-opener in some cases. Has anyone else done this? Any tips? We will be doing it again, we hope, and would love the benefit of other peoples' experience. Thanks!
