Can you do both of these without rushing if your ship is in between 8-4 thanks............

 

I wouldn't think it is a problem. We booked with Nativeway and as we were going to their pier we past 7 mile beach. I am almost positive they have an excursion out to Stingray that does a tour (Hell and turtles) also and then they will drop you at the beach. you can take a taxi back into the ship for only a few dollars- or you could probably walk if you were not up to far on the beach.
