pepsicruiser Posted August 13, 2006 #1 Share Posted August 13, 2006 Does anyone know how a connecting door will interfer or change configuration of JS on Explorer (room 9614). Hope it isn't going to be a problem because we are not traveling with the other room. Thanks
ckrobyn Posted August 13, 2006 #2 Share Posted August 13, 2006 My parents had a JS with a connecting door on the AOS ( I think it was 1312) and they did not have a walk in closet in their JS.....not sure if this was because of the cabin location, or because of the connecting door - or maybe neither? I just thought all JS cabins had walk in closets?
cb at sea Posted August 13, 2006 #3 Share Posted August 13, 2006 If there is another JS available, I'd take it. There have been alot of posts about noise coming through the connecting doors. (And if it's true about no closet, well... what's the point of the JS?) The rooms are pretty soundproof, but there's not much you can do to insulate a door! Cruising89143 Posted August 13, 2006 #4 Share Posted August 13, 2006 Had a connecting JS on the Navigator two years in a row and had no problems at all with noise. Also had a walk in closet. The door was between the bed and sofa.
pepsicruiser Posted August 13, 2006 Author #5 Share Posted August 13, 2006 Thanks for quick reply. I did call and the rep assured me that room still had a walkin closet. So I'm ok with that but if anyone has definite info on this room please let me know ty in advance.
