Conquest: Cozumel or Montego Bay Catamaran Excursion?

I'm really racking up some mileage here on this bulletin board! There is some GREAT information on here. My group and I are trying to decide which catamaran/snorkeling excursion is better. The Sail, Snorkel and Beach Party in Cozumel or the Doctors Cave Snorkeling excursion in Montego Bay. I've heard good and bad things about Montego Bay so I'm wondering if we're better off filling our day with an excursion to avoid wandering around town unchaperoned. :) Does anyone have any tips or experience they'd like to share?

I liked Grand Cayman more than Cozumel and Cozumel more than Jamaica.

We did not do that particular snorkel trip in MoBay, but found the snorkeling to be better in Jamaica than in Cozumel, which was contrary to all we had heard before our trip.

I did the Cozumel Fury (sail, snorkel, and beach) excursion back in 02 and had a blast! Although I don't know if it's the same one you're looking at. I booked it thru Carnival.

Go with the one in Cozumel- The guides a nicer and the actual excursion is better organized. We did the Jamaica one last year and were truly disappointed. We thought it was be just like the Cozumel trip and it wasn't even close.
