Jacuzzis

We will be on RC Explorer in 9 days(yippppeeee!!) & my MIL has advanced Parkinson's so her mobility is very limited. However, the last cruise she was on the Enchantment & she was unable to maneuver herself into a Jacuzzi. If my memory serves me correct (which I wouldn't count on) there were some Jacuzzi's/hot tubs near the spa on the Adventure-so I am assuming it would be similar on the Explorer- that didn't seem to have stairs & looked like they would be accessible to her. Does anyone have any info on this?

Contact Special Services and ask them to ensure that the lift is available for your trip. Explain that your MIL requires it to get in and out of the hot tub. They do have the lifts but I will warn you, they told me it was broken, but they were playing with it at 2 am one time. I had woken up and went to the hot tub. The next day I enquired again and was told it was still broken. I told the staff member that I had seen it being used in the early morning.
