Yes, from what I recall fridge's are in all cabins on the DAWN but definitely in AF's and balconies

The refridgerator will be there, and most likely stocked with mini-bar items. Just ask the room steward to remove them if you want the room in the refridge for you own stuff.

Every cabin on the Dawn has a fridge, which I understand is not the case on the Spirit. Does anybody know which cabins on the Spirit have a fridge?

I stayed in room 5517 on the Spirit and there was no fridge. I'm not sure which rooms have them, but ours did not!

Only suites have fridges on the Spirit
