Buenos Aires Hotel

Hey Everybody:

 

Has anyone stayed at or plan to stay at the Plaza San Martin Suites in Buenos Aires? Were are checking it out and at the moment not getting anywhere. Looks like a really good location with good amenities. Any other suggestions for good, moderately priced hotels in center city in March would be appreciated too!

We liked the NH Jousten.

We are checking the Claridge but have no real idea where it is located in terms of proximity to the port and/or good places to tour.

I've stayed at the Claridge and I've stayed at the LoiSuites.

 

The LoiSuites has a great location, right in La Recoleta and a block from the famous cemetary. Our room was large and pleasant, the service was so-so.

 

The Claridge has alot of old world charm. It's located a block from Florida (pronounced Flor-EE-da) St which is a major, busy pedrestion-only shopping street. Service is very good. Lobby has a great bar.

 

Both are moderately priced 3 star hotels.
