List of rates for Spa services???

Does anyone know of a website where rates for SPA services are listed? It is possible to pre-reserve a massage but the rates are not listed. This is for the Island Princess - Alaska, 8/28/06.

They probably don't publish them because they don't want you to go into

shock when you see the prices they charge - lol - The spa prices are actually controlled by Elemis (they own the spa and lease out the space).

I spent a small forture a few years back going to the spa several times during the week (something like 500.00). A basic massage isn't too expensive unless you get the full treatment - maybe $60.00.

FYI - the ladies and gents that work in the spa also work for Elemis and not Princess.

You are right, Soccormom, they are hefty...yet on our last cruise in April, people were flocking to the spa for massages. Some even going back for seconds. They must make you feel wonderful. Unfortunately for me, my daughter is the one going on the cruise and she just LOVES massages. This will be her first cruise and she is going to Alaska. Lucky girl!

I have not yet been on Princess, however, on other lines with Elemis (I think they all use Elemis) they ran a lot of specials. They definitely had specials for days in port, and a few others though which made it more like a 'normal' expensive spa. ;)
