Bahama Form Missing from Doc Pkg

I've been to the Bahamas many times. If on a cruise, the form has been in my cabin the night before we docked there. If I've flown in, the airline personnel has handed them out on the plane before we landed.

You will have to fill it out upon embarkation.

Either ask your TA to send you one, or they'll have ample at the check in counter. It's just a pain to have to fill something else out while you're all excited about boarding!

when we went in June, Miami had plenty at check in. We had ours already filled out but one spot we weren't sure how to answer. They told us what to put there, piece of cake. We were done. And to think when we called Carnival and asked how to fill them out before we left, they told us we wouldn't need them. Don't worry, they'll have plenty there, enjoy your cruise:)
