explorer 9 night menu question

We are leaving on Oct. 6 out of NJ, I was to book things on the Islands. Does anyone know when the formal nights are? And which of any nights are the lobster? I was wondering what the rest of menus were like for the cruise. Thanks

I was on the Explorer 8/11-8/20. I believe the formal nights are the second night (Saturday) and the eighth night (Friday). The lobster was served the second formal night and it came with 3 shrimp. It was also the night that Prime Rib was served. Was a tough choice that night!

We are on the same cruise. I know the formal nights are Sat day2 and Fri day8. I believe the menu may be a little flexible from cruise to cruise. I was just comparing compasses from 2 different sailings on the Explorer. I noticed that the ice shows were on different days and so were the Mystery dinners at Portofino. Lobster night is not neccessarily on formal night. Last year on the Voyager it was the night we were in the Bahamas.
