FUN PASS...need help

I am trying to print our Funn Pass so we will have an easier time boarding. First of all, it refuses to accept the fact that I am a "Past Guest". OK, so I decided to print them anyway and I can't get the screen to come up when I hit "Print Fun Pass". This is on two different computers! I read the Help section and I seem to be doing everything correct. Can someone help me?

You're not alone! From what I've read and heard from Carnival Reps, very few folks can actually get the thing to print and the past guest numbers are still a problem. Don't sweat it. If you've filled out the pass online, then they are able to pull it up on their computer anyway. Just keep trying as they are making website improvements...

I secocnd what pholter said. I have called Carnival a few times. They pretty much said that no one can seem to print it out.

I also had the same problem, and called Carnival and they were able to change my past guest info to say yes. I didn't even try to print out the funpass, since that is unnecessary unless your docs are already printed.

Thanks to all of you. I won't even try again since we're driving to NYC in the morning and we cruise on Saturday (Miracle). Still have too many more imprtant things to do.

Carnival rep said you don't have to print it. However, we had the same problem. When you click Print Funpass nothing happens . So I just went to the top of my screen and used the print button on the toolbar. It printed just fine.

A lot of people have been able to print if you start from this page... https://funpass.carnival.com/SignIn.aspx and enter your information.

I found another solution to that. I entered back into the funpass, and editted on line. (I changed it and then changed it back to what it was.) I then followed through all of the "save" steps. At the end I was able to print the funpass with no problem. I think the key is you have to print it after the last change. If not, the funpass isn't available (for print that is.)
