Hyatt Regency Miami

we got this hotel on priceline for $70, I have read mixed reviews, does anyone have any experience with this in the last few months , thanks

We just stayed there! It was great. The staff were very helpful. The room was clean and beautiful overlooking the bay. I sat on the balcony reading for hours . We were on the 16th floor which was awesome to watch the bridge opening for different ships to come through (not cruise ships just cargo ships). The bridge does not open and close in the midddle of the night or at least it did not when I was there.

 

The hotel is quite secure (you need to have a room key card to get the elevator to work) and quiet.

 

We went swimming the morning of the cruise and were the only ones in the pool then DH went to the gym as well.

 

Food-we ate nachos at the sports bar the day we arrived and had room service that night-yummy and quick.

 

It took our taxi 4 minutes to get to the port and cost us $7. I would stay there again.
