Disembarkation for Crown Princess

This is the 1st time I will be cruising on Princess & have no idea what time to tell the limo driver to pick me up. Does anyone have any idea approximately what time we will be disembarking the ship. Have never sailed out of Brooklyn or on the Crown Princess. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

Just returned from the Crown 8/16 sailing, and here's the disembarkation order they used (to the best of my recollection:D ):

Navy - self-disembarkation

Red - early flights, xfr to LaGuardia

Green -xfr to JKF

Light Blue - independent groups (?whatever that means?)

White - Lido, then Plaza decks

Aqua - Riviera deck

Yellow - xfr to Newark

Silver - xfr to Penn Station, Grand Central, Port Authority

Brown - Aloha deck

Purple - Baja deck

Cream - Caribe deck

Gold - Dolphin deck

Orange - Emerald deck

Pink - post-cruise package (don't remember when they called this)

We had Gold 2 (near the end!) and were called at about 10:10 a.m.

Hope this helps!

Do you have to tell them on the ship that you have an early flight???? Is there a form or something????

Someone mentioned it should have been in my pre-cruise docs but it wasn't.

I was just reading the tuesday patter for the western caribbean CB itinerary today (because it's tuesday and one of my kids is on the ship :) ) and that was one of the things that was happening today, people who had early flights (before 11:something am) were supposed to report somewhere today with tickets in hand to demonstrate that, I guess in order to be color coded for earlier departure.

so.. I would assume they do that on all the ships, either 4 days after sailing or 4 days before returning.. that could go either way, in my scenario. :)

The reason I remember it was 10:10 was because our driver told us he was going to pick us up at 11 and I thought we'd end up waiting a loooong time between disembarkation and pick-up. Well, we did, but we were at the curb at about 10:40. Car didn't pick us up until about 12:30 (could have been earlier, but it felt like eternity because we were sitting next to a bunch of complainers who had nothing nice to say about the cruise) -- he was stuck in the Battery Tunnel due to an accident! He did manage to get us home in about half the time it took him to get us there, cut $70 off the bill, and refused to take a tip (which I hid above the visor when he wasn't looking ;)). It wasn't his fault!
