cabin above Ladies Room: bad idea???

We are considering a switch from 2 inside rooms (DH, 2 young children and me) to one outside obstructed view quad on the Emerald Deck of the Crown Princess (E302). According to the deck plans, this would put us right above the Ladies Room on the Promenade deck. Given the things I've read about sewage smells on the Crown, is this a bad idea:confused: ? The cruise is in December, so I'm hoping any ventilation problems they're having have been rectified by then. Any advice? Thanks!

I think if the cabin is located over the Ladies Room and there are sewerage smells on the deck where bathroom is located, I would pass and stay where I was. Just my opinion!
