Chile, so many wineries....so little time. Which ones?

We plan to devote one full day pre-cruise to visit wineries near Santiago. There are various suggestions from different tour books, such as Maipo valley, Colchagua, etc. I can't tell from their descriptions which ones are the best.

Any comments?

I did a tour of the Veramonte Winery in the Casablanca Valley last January. Good tour, good wine tasting, lovely scenery, etc. It was about half way between Santiago and Valparaiso.

Concha y Toro has a nice tour too. If you have extra time try Cousino Macoul too.
