Even tho they are near the photo gallery, they are in their own hallway, so traffic shouldn't be too bad.

When we sailed on the Sovereign on October 2, 2006, we stayed on the 3rd deck. Even though the ship was full, the hallways were always empty. You should not have any problems with traffic in the hallways. Enjoy your trip.

We were in 3116 in May/June. I was suspect being right next to the Dining Room and adjacent to a public area of the centrum and photo gallery. But we heard nothing from either direction. 3595/7 may be a little more exposed to the gallery, but would think you will find it as we did.
