egg substitute omelets

At the omelet station in the Windjammers on every ship, the type of eggs used determined what was used first in the pan: If you ordered a regular omelet or a couple of fried eggs, the chef put some oil into the pan. If you order either Egg Beaters or egg whites for your omelet, the pan is sprayed with cooking spray. I liked that.
