Reservation for 36 in Tsar's?

Our CC group will be meeting for dinner in Tsar's (Jewel) at 6:30. Who might we contact when we board to make these arrangements? I have access to the concierege, would that be the right person? I presume we'll need to be seated in the center of the dining room.

The Concierge would be the right person. We did 29 on the Jewel. They may ask you to adjust the time so they don't have to leave those tables open. Normally they would like to do it earlier or later so they can get at least 2 turns of the tables.

Thanks shoreguy. I'll alert the cruise critic group to check for the right time. We sail earlier that day, so having dinner at 5 or 6 would be fine too. I'll check with the concierge the minute we board. We board the day before we sail, so we shouldn't have a problem.

 

Meet and Greet will be in the GV on our first sea day. Fun!

Also, there are no tables on any NCL ship that will hold that many, so you will be spread out over several tables, but like all large groups that I have been a part of, they will have your tables next to each other.

 

From my past experiences with large groups, they will only take large group reservations in the main dining room at 5:30, 5:45 or 6:00 or after 8:00. The dining room does not open until 5:30 and there is always a huge line at opening. I would suggest a 5:45 or 6:00 p.m. time.
