Tulum Ruins in Cozumel

My Mom will be in a wheelchair on our cruise. She can walk a little bit but gets winded after a short time. I was wondering if she would be able to do the Tulum Ruins in Cozumel or do you need to be totally able to walk the whole time. Thank you for any information that you have. Although we visited several different ruins in Mexico and Belize, we never visited Tulum so i can not comment on its accessibility.

 

However, Tulum is on the mainland. To get there from Cozumel, you have to take a ferry and then a bus or taxi so, if you take your Mom, you will need to make that the ferry is accessible too.
