Is there any web site where I can see which staterooms are still avalilable for a cruise.

no, but u can call rcl and ask for a specfic cabin# is available.

If you know the category & stateroom number that you are interested in, you can go to http://www.bestpricecruises.com and go through the reservation process. After you enter the category, up to 7 cabin numbers will show up. Under those, is a box where you can enter your own cabin number. If it is available, the reservation will continue. If it is not, you'll get an error message.

I believe that some cabins are set aside into specific inventories, so they may not appear available in an automated system, even before they're actually booked by a passenger.
