SFO to Pier 27

Does anyone know just how far it is from the San Francisco airport to Pier 27. Also, does anyone know if there is a shuttle without using the Princess transportation.

its about a 20-30 min drive, a cab would be way too much, you can either take BART ,, bay area rapid transit system , to the embarcadero and then either walk down to the pier , about 5-8 blocks, or get a cab,

 

or there is bayporter express,,, ( shuttle service )

or super shuttle,

they can also get one for you when you get off the plane, no pre arrangement needed, but you might wait for about 30min -1hr,,

 

you might want to call ahead and make sure that the shuttles will take you there to the pier , some dont...
