Hotels in Tampa????

We are sailing Miracle from Tampa November 7th 2004 and would like some suggestions on moderate hotels in the area.

We stayed at the Hilton Westshore... received the room for $50 on Priceline. We really enjoyed our stay. Free shuttle from Airport and $10 per couple to the port...

We too bid using Priceline, bid on a downtown hotel (the closest location to port), and won the Hyatt Regency for $47 per night!!! The expedia rate for that hotel at the time was $157, and the online rate through the Hyatt itself was close to $180.

Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay was very nice..
