Yes there is one in St George and in Hamilton not sure about the Dockyards. The crew knows where they are. In St George its right after you get off the ship. on the left....

Right in St. George within sight of the ship is a small mall called Somers wharf mall. In the back side of St. George liquors is an internet cafe called appropiately enough "The Internet Cafe". We were there Thursday and the coffee was pretty good though not Dunkie's quality of course. There were plenty of computers and laptops. I assumed it was wired for wifi though I did not ask and the hours open seemed good. The people were very nice and helpful.
