NO.

 

High fire risk, irons in cabins are strictly prohibited. You must send your clothes to the laundry.

I may be wrong about this, but I believe I have read on these boards that people have been able to borrow an iron from housekeeping, but not sure if it was on the Spirit? Efisio is absolutely right, you can't bring one and the Spirit has no self serve laundry.

Irons are not allowed but you can use a steamer. That's what I did when I was on the Spirit.

I was on the Spirit recently and walked past ironing boards and irons the hallways on several occasions. I suspect that if you request one to use in your room, they can get you one, as it was obvious that they do exist on the ship.
