Missing Half Moon Cay?

Since it seems actually getting to go to Half Moon Cay is hit or miss (our first time was cancelled due to high winds), I was wondering how often do they go to a different port and how often do they just make it another at sea day?

 

We're trying again in two weeks (cabana booked and everything) so I'm really, really hoping we make it to the island this time.

I heard that they usually have to omit HMC when 2 guys named Mark and Paul are on board.....they have to make it a sea day much to the chagrin of the rest of the passengers.

 

Hopefully in a few weeks the HAL and HMC gods will go easy on these 2 poor souls since their travel guardian (goddess really) Riz has booked a cabana for them....just to please the gods of course.
