Booked Elation for 3/31!

We tried to book a disney cruise for that week (3 day) and believe it or not the price for three days for five people (two adults and three kids) was $5000. SO, we looked at other ships leaving Cape Canaveral and found the Elation. Every review I have read so far is very favorable and we are really excited.

I was wondering how the kids program is on this ship? ALso, do you think the 6:15 dining is good or should we book the 5:45?

Finally, could you all comment on the port stops and excursion that might be good for teens and one 8 year old? I am not at all familiar with Grand Turk although those who have been seem to love it.

Thanks, this will be our first time on Carnival. We got a great military rate and saved $2000 and added TWO days! :)
