Best way to snorkel in Belize?

We're taking 3 kids, the youngest is 6. I'm interested in Goff's Caye, although I'm checking with Coral Breeze, too. Does anyone remember the pricing? I understand the ship's tour will cost more, but there is a limit to how much extra I'm willing to pay, since it adds up pretty fast with a family of 5.
