Yet another ?? about the Legend

Is it true that the Carnival Legend has a Sushi bar? If they do, how is the sushi? My husband will be thrilled if there is sushi on the ship. :D

Yes, a sushi bar is on the Promenade deck near the casino. I believe it is open at 5:00 pm. Sushi is also available on the Lido buffet.

Three items were offered on our sailing. Nothing extravagant but quite tasty.

I'm not exactly sure if all the Spirit Class ships have a sushi bar...I think they do...I hope they do. If they do it will probably be set up like the Liberty's, which was really enjoyable. However, you will not find anything raw in the sushi...it's mostly of the California Roll, cooked shrimp and smoked salmon variety. I'm also not sure if the Spirit Class ships have a Fish and Chips kiosk, but if they do, they offer some tasty raw tuna with watermelon. There is also a Taste of Japan offered on the dining room menu and that has more interesting sushi as an appetizer selection. I'm cruising on the Miracle next February and I'd like to know if sushi is offered as well.

Too bad they don't have the raw stuff...he loves that. Oh well he will enjoy the California rolls too.

Carnival Miracle has a sushi bar also. It is in the same place as the Legend, Promenade deck forward. Go through the casino and you will see it. It starts around 5:00 pm also.

 

Spirit Class ships do not have the Fish and Chips bar. They are only on the Conquest class ships. :mad:

yst347 ~ thanks for the info...hopefully Fish and Chips will be an option on Spirit Class ships in the near future.
