Specialty resturant menu's

Does anyone have the menu for the specialty resturant on the galaxy?

This is an easy one for what I have experienced on the Galaxy. I've sailed in 2001 and 2002 and at that time they didn't have a specialty restaurant. If that has change since, I'll here it here and be very happy. The Goat Cheese Souffle is fantastic.

There is no specialty restaurant on the galaxy, it's alternative casual dining. It's stuff like lasagna, steak, chicken, pizza, and is the same every night (and it's not bad, either).

I read somewhere about a $30 charge to eat at an alternative dining area. Is the above mentioned one in the same?

The $30.00 charge is per person for the Specialty restaurants, which are on the "M" class ships only (Millenium, Summit, Constellation, Infinity), I believe.
