Westerdam GG Outside Upper Promenade

I'm checking on my parents cabin assignment. Can anyone tell me anything about these outside guarantees? They received cabin 4083 on the Upper Promenade deck on the Westerdam. I'm hoping an obstructed view is better than no daylight!

Just in case that link doesn't work, there was an acceptable light level, and a view out was possible by standing on the bed. Wish the upgrade fairy had been kinder to your parents....
