Could someone tell what is the amount Princess is adding to your account for tips?

Princess adds $10 per person per day. This includes children as well.

It's standard, $10/per person/per day for your cabin steward and waiters/asst. waiters. If you have a drink, the tip is automatically added to the drink price.

 

You have the option of going to the Purser's Desk and take the automatic tipping off. You can pick up envelopes there so you can tip individually. But that really doesn't change things since if you do this, the staff you've tipped has to put it into the pool so they don't get that money directly.
