Day facilities FL

We have from 10pm to 3.30pm in FL prior to flying out of Miami airport and wonder if any hotels offer dayroom facilities/resort facilities at sensible prices. We have used Pier 66 in the past but that has been when the cruise company provide it for us. We are looking at 19th Dec. We considered FL to be better than Miami as we embark our ship there.
