lost and found help

I'm having terrible luck trying to search the boards for this topic, so forgive me if its a common question...

 

I left my cell phone on the Victory during debarkation 2 weeks ago. It was left in our stateroom. I reported it to Carnival and they set up a "Lost and Found" file and explained the whole process to me.

 

I'm wondering (as I wait and chew my nails ragged) if others have had good luck getting their lost posessions back from Carnival.

 

Anything you could tell me would help.

not sure if it's user error (probably so with the week i'm having!) or my computer that's causing me trouble....
