Hey again-

It just occurred to me that I bet we bumped into each other dropping off our kids up at club HAL. Plus I was in the pool all afternoon in Grand Turk. I bet your DD knew my son Shay (10) or niece Rachael (9) and nephew Bob (6) since there were so few kids in the club.

Anyway, sorry I didn't get up to the aft bar in time to put faces with names.

Happy cruising!

Thank you! Welcome Home to you Jac! Seeing as how I haven't had the beard in a while... I am told that I was hard to miss (by the cruise staff). I did only shave on formal days. Would have looked kind of funny in the tux with scruff :)

Actually, I think I can picture you. Thin blonde, traveling with sister? from Kansas City?. My daughter is Savannah (7). She had lots of fun. I know Bob signed her t-shirt she made.

Hope you had a great time!

Bingo! So now you know who I was and I remember your daughter Savannah, but I am horrible at remembering faces and all the while I WAS looking for someone with a red beard! I'll have to check the cruise video again, since my kids said Savannah was on it.

We did have a great time, managed to walk away from the casino with a few of their bucks and even had the courage to play Texas Hold 'em with the guys on the last sea day.

I loved HAL and would definitely sail them again, but probably at a time when their might be a few more kids.

P.S. Ever been to Skippers? Its one of the things I truly miss the most about Tampa. Can't even begin to find someplace that cool down here in Ft. Myers.

Yes! Skippers and Green Iguana!

Redbeard is kind of a funny thing. My hair is dirty blonde with some grey sprinkled in. It's receding, so I keep it clipped. It's maybe a half inch long right now. My beard grows in brown, blonde, grey and RED. So, when I get a couple week's growth, a dark amber red is the color that overpowers the rest.

Hopefully I'm on the video along with Savannah. If not, I can email you a picture of all of us. The cameramen did love to take pictures of my girls! (especially after buying so many pictures on Wednesday!)

I really liked HAL, but after the first few days I started to find myself seeking out things that were not available. We'll probably do the Mariner of the Seas next.
