Any 18 year olds on the August 1st Mariner?

Our 18-year old daughter would like to network with other 18+ year olds who are going on the August 1st Mariner cruise. Anybody going in this age group?

It appears that not very many people that read CC are on our cruise. Haven't checked our other posts but it just seems that way.

 

My 19yr old son and his wife-to-be (19) will be with us.

Yeah, we'd like to hook up with you folks.

I'm getting all kinds of check lists together now e.g. what to pack, what to do prior to cruise, what to impart to my first-time cruising kids.

 

Yes, we'll be staying at Ron Jon's. Your car rental idea is interesting, and I thought about it. But we're going to try Art's Shuttle from MCO. Also, I've gotten maps online of the Port Canaveral area. It doesn't look like too far a walk to Grills from there. But if I'm wrong, there is a little municipal trolley that goes that way.

 

Nevertheless, I'm getting excited about the trip. I think it still has to sink in for my kids. I think kids are more present moment oriented!
