Seating in dining room.....

We'll be taking our first Windstar cruise in June 07 out of Athens. I understand that the ship has 1 dining room with open seating. Not to be rude, but we both entertain a lot as part of our careers. Is it possible to have a table for two from time to time? We're both very social and will most definitely interact with fellow travelers, however, it would be nice to have just some "us" time over dinner.

Our last cruise we really wanted time to focus on each other, so we dined alone most nights. The nights we did dine with others it was by choice and planned beforehand. So it should not be a problem.
