Grand Princess refurb

We would appreciate hearing from anyone who has sailed on the Grand Princess since it went through its recent refurbishing in dry dock.We have sailed on the Grand and will be cruising on her December 2 and wonder what improvements have been made?

I have heard on another post that carpets have been changed and there is new furniture on the balconies. No new bedding though. :( Anyone else have any more news of the refurb????

They worked on the mechanicals, which is the primary purpose of a dry dock. They also did some routine housekeeping like replacing carpets and the balcony furniture. The ship DID NOT go through a refit (which is essentially a refurbishment). You're not likely to really notice any difference - save the new balcony furniture.
