Arubalisa Posted November 12, 2006 #2 Share Posted November 12, 2006 The Galaxy did not have beepers in December. In 2+ years of following these boards, have never heard them mentioned aboard M-class ships either. Toddler time was generally 10 or 11 am on sea days only. http://www.our-cruises.com/galaxy/1217_sm.htm Daily Programs I also have some dailies for Shipmates activities~ Ages 3-6 at http://www.our-cruises.com/galaxy/1220_shipmates_sm.htm use the drop down box for subsequent days
l929 Posted November 14, 2006 Author #3 Share Posted November 14, 2006 So if your child wants to leave they have no way of contacting you? Or more importantly, if there is an emergency?

l929 Posted November 28, 2006 Author #5 Share Posted November 28, 2006 Thanks Arubalisa, I didnt see your response b/c we left on the 19th. They did have beepers, on a limited availability. What was really great was that our in room babysitter gave us a beeper. That was so reassuring.
Arubalisa Posted November 28, 2006 #6 Share Posted November 28, 2006 Thanks for the info! I hope you had a fantastic trip! You will surely love the Westerdam. My parents sailed her TA and it was one of their all time favorite ships. Still big big X fans though.
l929 Posted November 28, 2006 Author #7 Share Posted November 28, 2006 Thanks. It was very good, but not as good as the Summit two years ago. After having been on RCI and Carnival since then I had such high expectations I guess. Looking forward to trying something new. Glad to hear your parents had a good experience on the Westerdam.
