Mariner Cabin Question

Recommended Posts

We are sailing on the Mariner next November. We have sailed on the Disney Magic twice and loved it. On the Magic we stayed in an outside cabin which had a queen size bed and the sofa converted into a bed with a pull down bunk that came from the ceiling. Does anyone know whether the Mariner also has the same type of pull down bunk? We are booked in an outside cabin on the Mariner as well and there are 4 of us. Thanks for any info!

You will likely have a cabin with two twins (converted to a queen) and then two pullman beds that are pulled down from the ceiling on either side of the cabin (think bunk bed). Check your cabin plan and it should tell you for the specific room you have chosen.

Hi,

We have sailed the disney ships 7 times and loved them. We discovered mariner a couple of years ago and have been on mariner twice, voyager, and now explorer this week. The one disappointment we had was that the pull down bed is directly above our queen bed! That means our teenage son is directly above us. You have to be extremely careful not to bump your head in the night. Now we had a cabin for three; my parents had a cabin for four and they had the beds split into twins and there was a pull down bunk directly over each twin bed. Again, not the nicest arrangement. On disney, they are in the other part of the room, not over the big bed. However, the wonderful discounted prices and beautiful promenade, ice rink, etc. have hooked us on rci, especially the voyager class ships.
