Fort Lauderdale Christmas Eve.... What to do???

Flight leaves 6:00 pm... Fortunately it is a Sunday and there is NFL football.

 

What to do between 9:00-4:00??? Looked at renting a car, which is very expensive that day (about $100), but where to go, leave bags if we can, fun place for lunch and some football with Sunday specials (though spouse may not be that excited)???
