Onboard Activities

Can anyone tell me about some of the onboard activities? I saw a sample that included wine tasting, beer tasting, cake decorating, etc for adults. I'd like to get a good idea of activities for both adults and kids. Any hints? We are on the 7 Western Caribbean 1/27/07... sooooo excited :p

I believe this is the site where you can find all the Navigators and click on the one do eyour cruise and it iwll give you a good idea fo some of the activities on board. Just remember that the activities do change once in awhile.
