Tikibird Posted November 24, 2006 #1 Share Posted November 24, 2006 We have $100 pp shipboard credit as part of the package we bought from the travel agent. Do we need to follow this up to make sure P&O has it registered? Has anyone ever had problems and the shipboard credit not been on their account? Do we need to follow this up to make sure P&O has it registered? Has anyone ever had problems and the shipboard credit not been on their account? On both of our cruises we had shipboard credit. $1500- ($300- each for our family of 2 Adults and 3 kids aged 10, 5 & 4) and $500- ($100- each). Both times we never had any problems. Check your travel agents itinerary. For our second cruise and the next cruise in Nov 07, they stated what cabin we were allocated, what sitting we had chosen and that we had an onboard credit of $100- per passenger. Tikibird Posted November 26, 2006 Author #3 Share Posted November 26, 2006 Karen, yes the travel agent itinerary does have the shipboard credit. I just want to be sure P&O have a record of it.

We've never had a client ever miss out on their onboard credit. It's part of your booking information, so if you have a booking you can safely assume you have your shipboard credit.
