Wind Spirit Attire

On Caribbean cruises, do men generally wear jackets in the Dining Room, or is it even more casual?

we went on wind spirit last february, and we saw almost no jackets at all on the gentlemen. my husband did not even take one with us.

Slacks and a nice Hawaiian shirt or polo always work on windstar. No tuxes, jackets etc. like the other lines.

That is one of the beauties of the Windstar cruises. Even the Captain's champagne evening is very casual. Shorts and T-shirts are out for dinner but for breakfast and lunch they are fine.

We've only done the WindSurf in the Med so far. There were plenty of men in jackets, very few with ties. No one was out of place with or without a jacket. I would think that the island cruises are definitely more casual in attire. We'll find out for ourselves a week from Saturday when we board the WindStar in Costa Rica.
