I've used CGU in the past. You can purchase the policy online and I have never had a problem. Although I have also never had to lodge a claim. I have been told by the person who recommended them to me in the beginning though that they do have a great claims department and are no problem. Check out www.cgu.com.au.

 

We have also used the one provided by Flight Centre before because it was easier than shopping around!

Make sure you choose a policy based on all it's merits(schedule of benefits), not just the price. Compare the level of cover you are recieving with other policies, to make sure you are covered sufficiently.

 

You get what you pay for.
